It would be a draw. Jesus could heal himself and even come back from the dead but he never had any real aggressive powers. No gadget Batman has can beat that.

Batman exists to rid Gotham of crime, so he would likely leave Jesus alone. Jesus would then preach love to the seedy part of society, with some miracles sprinkled in for good measure, leading to many criminals abandoning their ways (Jesus did have disciples with colourful pasts, including at least one terrorist, Simon the Zealot). This in turn would render Batman obsolete, causing him to retire from fighting crime after seeing Jesus rehabilitate criminals, therefore 'killing' Batman while sparing Bruce Wayne.

I'd like to see Jesus and Batman in a arm wrestling contest.

Why does so many americans refer to Jesus as god? He is not god in human form, he is the son of god, or messenger/messiah if you will.

Back on topic, Batman would never let a bunch of roman puss*s capture him and kill him. He would find a way to kill the emperor himself. He would kick Jesus's bony ass in a heart beat.
