The Last Guardian has no release date and no one knows i if it will be released for the PlayStation 3, but today had a surprise appearence on the PlayStation Store. Could this be an indication that the launch is not far off ?

Sony has done everything possible to keep the mystery in the air, ensuring that the game remains in production but not going further into information.

In November, Fumito Ueda, the game's creator, lamented the long wait of fans and said that "the original members of ICO and SOTC are as confused as I about the details."

"In the case of The Last Guardian, my creative work largely ended long ago, but the details of when, where and how it will be done are out of my control," said Fumito Ueda last month.

Despite appearing listed in the PlayStation Store, The Last Guardian is not available for pre order.

I honestly try to forget this game after the long long wait. I just want a release date or hear nothing at this point.

Sony is becoming like Valve with this... Teasing us that its gonna be released and giving us hope even though there is none... Such Savages!!!

It'd be funny if Sony release The Last Guardian as a silent release.

With the game being in development for 6 years I hope it won't be a let down.

Oh please release :( Id like to see it come to the vita as well but ill be happy if it is just for ps3. Either way im buying it. I just hope the developement hell didnt ruin this game.

Unreleased games like Infamous Second Son and more are also in the PS Store but you can only view them and nothing else so maybe The Last Guardian is gearing up for release soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon.
