Sounds like the KI team wasn't able to remove all of the old DRM prior to launch. Hopefully this is sorted out soon.
As for this being about "MS Lies" it sounds more like a mistake when they had to rush and change the entire console and games since their change in direction after E3.

Can OP please show how DRM is supposed to be described in TOS (example from Sony maybe) ?
'Cause according to Sony itself the DRM is software specific. So KI's DRM is compatible with Sony it seems

So... the article is complaining that there is no specific statement on the Xbox website that explains that you cannot download a game to 5 different Xbox One consoles and then forever play those games offline free of any sort of DRM check?
The whole thing happened because the organizers tried to be cheap and it would have happened the same way on PS3, PS4, and 360. And by that I don't mean the DRM methods and implementations are the same, I mean the end result would have been exactly the same: DRM says nu-uh.
