Sexbox...

I have an Intellivision. Don't really think of it as weird though, just relatively old.
I have the Magnavox Odysey stashed up in the attic. The backgrounds were sheets of plastic and had to be taped onto the screen, static was supposed to hold them on there but they would never stay.
Cybiko, not exactly a system but it did play games and was portable. Other than that i would have to say game gear and saturn.
I had a device called a Z64 that plugged into a Nintendo 64 and allowed a person to back up games onto zip disks. It was sort of not run of the mill since very few Nintendo 64 owners had one, at least in North America (as opposed to Playstation 1 modchips at the time which were in a fair amount of consoles).
The weirdest one would be the Atari 2600.. but I guess a lot of people owned that one. I got it recently at a flea market because I wanted to play Moon Patrol. That is such a great game.

Whats a Vectrix? I've never heard of that before. Which generation was it?
I don't but my friend is a collector. He has most of the ones mentioned here and a few more I can't remember the names of. Bally Astrocade is his favorite.
His website on it with more info than you'd ever want to know:
