The DRM is there and likely turned off until such a time they kick it on. Same with PS4 which is why Sony as always said its up to the publishers.

The only one with no DRM is Wii U.

WiiU has DRM, every digital game you buy is locked to the console.

I'm referring to the retail games DRM. (and always on-line)

Why bring Sony into this? You're talking out of your ass and passing it as facts.  -__-

If you say so.

It happened because the organisers are skimping.

They paid for like 4 copies and attempted to use those for accounts to install and download on loads of Xbox Ones. So that's like me downloading KI on my Xbox One. Then downloading it on 5 of my friends Xbox One using my account. Of COURSE the Xbox is gonna check up on this. ROFL.

Be stupid not to.

This like buying a disc game and copying it then using that in a tournament.

Typical internet this.
