First of 

if you did not make it to S classs races you dont know GT6 

After over 20 hours of driving time this is it.

Graphics are damn good, a few small issues dont take away this is the best looking racer last gen.  Once you space out and look ahead to the next corner ans nothing in the world matters but the race it all just becomes surreal.

Sound, many love the whine but truth is most cars dont sound liek the crap in fast and furious.  From first hand experience, even my 470hp Supra sounds like a high power shaver with the exception of its loud ass bov.

Physics, not this is where GT6 is the undisputed King.  Holy crap do the car feel real.  You can feel their heft and how the struggle through a corner.  I can even feel the tarmac and some tracks i much prefer as some are way slippery and i hate em.

This is how cars feel, and GT6 gets it perfect.  It truely is the driving simulator.  kaz is a driver and making the driving perfect is clearly his n1 priority and it shows.

Tire tech is awseome, clealry working with out side consultants helped greatly improve the driving by simulating tires far better.  I love the challange of trying to save em as long as possible and struggling on baldies.  

Ai, S class they are a bitch and a half to beat.  Cut you of block brake damn late spin out lol and best was seeing 3 of those bastards side by side racing for position to enter a corner.  I beleive a lot of the ai whines is due to people overpowering their cars and not having the balls to enter evenly ones into races.  

Arcade, plenty fun to be had here i think its severly underused by Gt fans and PD.  Turn some aids off set Ai to pro pick a evenly matched car and have fun.

Online is great, race or just screwd around, its fast.  

Career 

It is well paced you earn your way up progerss as it slowly becomes difficult. You breeze through the early classes, Ib is fun but moslty is still easy.  Night race at the ring is a delight, try it!

Night and day cycle is pure awsome, driving the ring at night using the Benz Gt i traded the lead with ta GTR for majotiry of the lap, barely scraped out a win.

And then you hit S class 

and you will get owned

 bad.

It will force you to drive smart save your tires and think 3 turns ahead. The ai brake late so you wont just out pass by out breaking them, early on i was over shooting  badly as i was not used to the ai breaking so late.  Early on it was a brutal struggle.  Even with a lemans F1 i had a hard as hell time.  

It took me many tries a few hours and trial and error to win one race and the feeling of it was awesome, the accomplishemnt and a big F U to the ai at the end really made it all worth it.  But was hard earned.  

On another try i was winning but destroyed my tires and lost it all ended up 6th spinning out multiple times.  My rear right would die first and the car became un controllable as barly any gas could be used.  On a differant later try i was finally leading and then half way on the last lap ....... i freaking ran out of gas.  The feeling was half just lough it of and half i wanna cry.  

 Finally learning the track enough to know where i can shave some time of in corners, learning the best time to pit just as i needed with tires on their last lap and getting just enough fuel to finish.  

I freaking did it, drove hard but as smooth as possible.  I finished with tires falling apart  coasting through the corners with no gas as shed spin if i used any.  On the streight i used half the gas till 4th casue shed spin if i floored it.   I ran perfect laps as any cheeting  would get time penalities.  But finally i god damm won the damn 20 minutes race.

This was GT6 at its best.

how the hell ill win 24 lemans race i got no freaking  clue, tried once and came 11th.

Its cear to me most GT6 reviews are bs and to many are by fanboys with no clue about anything automotive related.   Whines of only 6 car races whern im running 16 crying you are stuck with a pos for hours when the Benz GT is free and can be used rather quickly.  I doubt most took the time needed to really get into it, its quite clear if you put in the time into GT6 and then read or watch the so called "reviews" are far from legit.

Quality career loads of cars sport super race and the large amount of tracks, driving physics second to none.  Special events the freaking moon pure awesome the online, one of the best bang for your buck in the gaming world.

GT6 is a easy 9.7 from me and as the reviewer from Road and Track magazine said

"best of the franchise"
