I'm noob at this system! I don't no my pin and I wrote garbage for my secret question cause I was rushing! how do I get rid of it?

i always think i can remember them and keep them forever in my memory, it always works well till i stop using that password for a while.

the most ironic thing is after i lost like 100 passwords i wrote down the most important one and you know what?? even  though i nearly never use it, i just never ever forgot it.
