Yeah that would be a cool PSN type featute, like if you could do it with ingame XMB. If its game specific its still cool, but having it be mandatory and being able to display it in your virtual home would be crazy.
Or just screen shots COD4 scores or something, I would love that.

I wish they would add the screenshot feature to all games. It is in flOw and Resistance (you have to have a keyboard for it in this game).

I really don't think it would be THAT hard ot put in. I mean, you can grab 15 seconds of videos and place them as icons, I don't think it would be hard to use some of that hypervisor SPU to encode up a live stream from the RSX.

Oh I don't think it would be hard at all, it's just that it is something easy and it is something they said they were working on in November 2006. If it is that easy and they were working on it way back then and we haven't heard anything else on it by now, I don't think we're going to see it anytime soon at all.
This is in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for Wii and Ps2! It seems like an old feature to me!
