No, no more excuses this time. PS4 will win automatically because of no headstart for a ms console. We all can take a rest, the war is over and we have an emperor who rules the world.

I remember some time ago (it was this year) when Amazon numbers were quite important for the same people who are defensive now.

It will be the same, always behind PS4 worldwide when PS4 will have a price cut too.  PS4 will win this gen, hands down.

PS3 was released 1 year after 360 in Japan and Americas, and 16 months later in Europe compared to 360, it was more expensive, hard to develop for, and multiplatform games looking/performing better on 360(only lately this is changing). But, all considered, PS3 now has a bigger user base worldwide! Now, PS4 and XOne are roughly released at the same time, PS4 is cheaper, more powerful, multiplatform games better on PS4, easy to develop for, what Console will sell more worldwide ? PS4 is already ahead by 0.5M....and, more than PS3, it will win with more Gap this time.

I've never seen "hotcakes" selling particularly fast. It's an outdated saying.

3 weeks into next gen, you can't make this statement because it is way to early. What happens if Sony shut down? Microsoft seperate xbox division, every microsoft or sony console stop working etc...........

Sony are off to a good start...However, everyone thought Microsoft would be blown out of the water globally and this just is not happening. 

Microsoft, i feel, have MANY MANY surprises left for us which will entice people to buy the xbox one over the ps4. I am excited for it.

The fact that Xbox one is even keeping up to PS4, with all the bad press, being less powerful and costing more!!!

is really impressive, at this rate Xbox one might lead in NA market again, that would be huge!!!

All I'm saying is, we need to find a more up-to-date thing for fast-selling things to be "selling like".
