Because then you could set the app to offline mode and it would work everytime then. The app sucks on phones as well but at least with offline mode you download the song and you can play it without taking minutes to access the servers.
I know they are going to add it later but that doesn't excuse how bad this app is. Would have been better to leave it out rather than have it there as a tease.
