Forums - Gaming - A day with think-man in the defective console department.

Quick question, are all the consoles at some point confirmed to be faulty?

Could it be a case of people sent them back because of a few crashes (that many have been getting, though so far this only likely down to software problems) and didnt know better?

Also do some get sent back as faulty purely because they bought it tried and decided for the money it cost they simply didnt want it and had second thoughts, so return for a refund saying its faulty.

Just curious to know

All those consoles you see in the pictures are faulty they are all tested internally within the warehouse and are confirmed to be defective, the next step is a select % of them and send back to the manufacture so they can run tests on them are sort out the problem. The others are destoryed ( we smash them with hammers :P).

We do get consoles back from people with stupid excuses but they are all tested and if the problem doesnt really existed then they are sold as pre owned.

As long as there's no cockroaches or spiders in there. I would be disgusted having to repair consoles like that.

haha nah the consoles are pretty clean :) I mean the PS4's and Xbox ones are only days or weeks old.

Looking at those 3DS reminds me on why I will be getting the door stop version known as the 2DS.

I wouldn't be to worried, 3DS is very popular which means we see alot more of them come in. And they also tend to be owned by kids who probably don't treat them very good.

My wii u will not turn on and I've already reset the ac adaptor. I left it unplugged over night to see if that would help but to no avail. It just quit working right in the middle of a Mario 3d world session. HELP THINKMAN!!! YOU'RE MY ONLY HOPE!!!

"Games are a trigger for adults to again become primitive, primal, as a way of thinking and remembering. An adult is a child who has more ethics and morals, that's all. When I am a child, creating, I am not creating a game. I am in the game. The game is not for children, it is for me. It is for an adult who still has a character of a child."
