The latest sale charts show that the wii is selling well. The wii-u sales are known.

If nintendo cuts the wii completely will the public choose the wii-u?? Not all of them but maybe 30%?

Already discontinued in Japan and Europe doesn't import it anymore.

And to answer your question: no. As long as their are Wiis available, they won't. Only for Christmas.
