Thats because it doesnt cost more than a house to buy 1. Again the oficial price and the oficial numbers of PS4s sold on brazil dont matter/ Brazil is as much Sonyland as Europe ppl will import and buy from grey amrket throngs of PS4s and they will never show on the oficial Brazilian numbers, we do this with basicaly every eletronical device and we also do this to buy games.

A Brazilian friend of mine tells me this is all too common. He hasn't been able to afford an Xbox 360 because the fuckers cost £1000 or something like that so they mostly buy hacked ones from the US. Pretty crazy.
