I think its an updated version like Super Street Fighter IV to Street Fighter IV because that's what Atlus explained when they released it for the arcade. So if you didn't picked up the original version, then your in luck.

My mistake. It is the best-selling Atlus game at launch, outdoing Persona's sales record. It is still one of the best-selling games from Atlus (just not THE best-selling).

So leaving whatever fanbase on the 360 that you could gather (250k are a lot considering their expectations for Catherine on North America were only 200k between both the Ps3 and the 360) is a bit dirty :(
