Forums - Sales - WiiU first year sales four times lower than Wii's

25%? That's better than I would have guessed. 25 mil, here we come.

Sorry but the Wii had shortages. Which means the U will sell less than 25% most likely. Maybe 20 million is more realistic

I'm surprised that it even sold that many at this point lol. But yeah...

Yeah I don't think 25m is too out there

Aw yeah gonna show that GameCube who's boss

Didn't Wii Skyrocket again at Christmas time? I'm not sure the same will happen for the Wii U.

25% is quite good considering the way everyone is going on, the Wii is probably the fastest selling platform in history.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

The Wii U isn't selling negative numbers yet? I say this is a win.

I don't want to say how happy I am from a Sony fan's perspective, but I'm very happy from a sony fan's perspective.

I applaud Nintendo for taking a risk and innovating with the Wii U however, and while I wish more success for the Ps4, I believe Nintendo can and will be quite successful this year with the Wii U. 3D world shows what the console is capable of.

Currently own:

  • Ps4

Currently playing: Witcher 3, Walking Dead S1/2, GTA5, Dying Light, Tomb Raider Remaster, MGS Ground Zeros
