yes yes yes yes yes! OMG yes! this is perfect! game of thrones is about characters and story, not about sword fighting. I cant think of better suited studio to handle the game of thrones IP, I really hope they take the walking dead approach and handle other characters and not the ones in the books. I am happy... and yes i know its not yet confirmed, maybe a VGX announcement?

Which confirms once again that no one at Telltale is remotely interested in creating own IPs. A company completely devoted to relying on ideas of others, always playing it safe for the easy money. Next up (to be revealed in 2014): "A Telltale Games The Hunger Games game".

Finally a competent game studio getting a hold on the Game of Thrones lore.

I suppose they could base it on the look of the Game of Thrones graphic novels. Their adventure games seem to look and perform better when they stick to that sort of art style.
