Tbone why do you always make so many Vita threads xD

I think it did alright. Being that it is Vita related, I didn't have much high expectations for it. Hopefully people will enjoy and the sales should be combined on Vgchartz. It's essentially the same thing as the XL is to the 3DS, Lite/I to the DS ect.

No, is not. 3DS XL/2DS can play all 3DS games. Vita TV cannot play all Vita games.

Which ones are you unable to play?

You all are not realizing that Vita TV is launching in the worst place possible. Japanese gamers prefer handheld gaming over console gaming, so it would do better in the West. So we'll see if Sony decides to make the right decision and launch it worldwide.

PSV is not succesfull despite it was a handheld it all about games i don't think japanease prefer handheld it's just about games japanease think handheld had better games then home consoles that's why they buy more handheld then home console

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

That list didn't help me at all as that was what is compatible. And it looks like everything is or will be compatible very soon.

So, there's only 3 games? All three being western games that will almost certainly be patched whenever Vita TV releases in the West.

Thanks for your help.

Not only 3, there is more. Some japanese games. And games that uses camera cannot be play

It's an interesting device. I think it's main problem is that its function overlaps with a lot of other devices without quite doing enough to differentiate itself. I look at it and think, "I have a PS3, so I don't need this," while others might substitute Vita, or Roku, hell maybe even Ouya into that sentence.

I honestly think this would do well in the West. Most people I know who don't have Vita just don't see the cost / value to it, and this thing is pretty cheap. Vita has many great games that are only on it...best version of P4G, Tearaway, best version of Muramasa, Killzone Mercenary, Gravity Rush, Unit 13, Ys, Golden Abyss are all excellent games that a wider market would like given a cheaper way to play them. I hope it comes to other countries.

I didn't expect much so 40k is ok-ish.

Pretty good, not spectacular though. I'd hope this would keep drop off sales at a healthier level. Launch in the West will only help too.
