Five weeks for 1 million... or maybe four weeks.

Thank you for this post, shows how totally biased you are; the PS4 sold 1 millions in one day and you expect the Xbox One to achieve the same in 28 days minimum... Even if you did not have a lot of credibility before that while posting anything related to Microsoft (or related to sales) now you are off the charts :)

OP: I would say 1 (maybe 2 days for the late guys ).

What happens if it ends up being closer to his prediction than your prediction, say two and a half weeks?

Then I will be wrong :)

Do you lose your right to call ethomaz biased?

Hell no, or I would be totally biased and non objective then!

3-5 weeks

Why is it so hard for you guys to believe that Xbox One is going to quickly sell a million? PS4 isn't the only console whose pre-orders have sold out in the U.S. Sony isn't the only console brand who's having trouble keeping up with demand.

I've heard several sources say that PS4 could have sold 3 million last Friday if Sony had shipped that many consoles. And if Sony can sell 3 million on day one, then I'm pretty sure that Xbox One will be able sell one-third as much this Friday.

If they have the supply; I say day 1. I think the numbers are only going to be limited by the supply. Don't know exact numbers, but I think both systems sales will be limited by supply.

I rememeber reading that M$ was launching the One in less territories in order to provide more supply for the larger territories. With that said, I'd imagine they'd ship as much as PS4. However, numerous sources say it's preorders are less than the PS4 therefore perhaps less demand...I'll say 1 week.

MS will have far more demand from non pre order customers though, more advertising, xbox is a bigger brand name, and more popular with casuals.

Bigger... compared to...?

In the US?  Playstation...

one day also.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

If they have the consoles to sell, less than a week.

One day.
