Uh, you mean review score != sales?  I consider the first SSB to be a great quality title.

Wow. This review is probably the worst one I ever read. How can you ignore the best portion of a game, and still call yourself a reviewer?

They had a lot of bad SSB reviews back in the day. It barely managed an 80% on Gamerankings, and sites like GameSpot (who at the time were somewhat more credible) were giving it scores like 7.5. Despite all this, it was my favorite game for the N64 after LoZ: OoT & MM.

Stupid reviewers.
