That aside how are you supposed to brows the web with a controller without touchscreen?   Try to hit the correct letters with the touchpad?   Or is it like having a virtual keyboard on your screen and then doing everything with the cursor? (like on PC trying to do everything when your keyboard is broken and only your mouse is left?)

(I know you can hook up a keyboard but how does it work with the console + controller only?)

The numbers represent HTML5 standard based features that are supported. It has nothing to do with performance, but rather compatability.

Yes the PS-Vita is HTML5 compliant and scores high on HTML5 compatability. It is comparable to the Wii U browser per my own user experience. I haven't used PS4 browser yet.
