Doesn't not make it hostile if that's the case, it just mean that MS can make it cordial (or whatever is the term) by sweetening the deal with more money.
That Yahoo's mind can be changed in favor of the buyout for whatever reason does not make the current situation any less hostile.
PS: anybody thing of Homer Simpson's Internet business being "bought out" by Bill Gates
