Forums - General - I need your help on this project

I'm currently doing a study on leadership styles, and i've been lead by my seniors to this video:

And given that english isn't my mother language nor my first foreign language, I find it difficult to fully understand what he's saying, especially with that accent. Could someone have the goodness to write down to me some of the important ideas in it ? Thank you in advance.

How do we live in this crazy, crazy world. A world that's so fast, we can hardly think. A world that's so urban with its massive demographic challenges, including social challenges like AIDS. How can we live in a world where we seem to be so tribal that sometime countries can fall to pieces. On the other hand, how can we live in a world which is so universal, that sometime we feel that we are losing our own culture and identity. How can we live in a world that is so radical that small numbers of activists seem to gain huge power. The answer is we need ethics and values.
