Comparing a 720p vs 1080p game on a 720p youtube video is rather unfair for the 1080p version. Is there a 1080p comparison video somewhere?
On those 2 screenshots I've just done (6axis video) the game does look almost exactly the same between the two versions. We can barely notice more jaggies on the XOne version but I suspect if we had some 1080p video we would better notice the difference. Notice that the video quality is quite good. Clearly PS4 textures are being gimped by XOne 720p resolution as details in textures are exactly the same, hence current gen textures.

EDIT: I have doubts about the authenticity of the above images I've just posted. I've seen 1080p version of those images and better see that they have the exact same resolution. Either it is because of the cinematics in which maybe both would switch to the same res or it is a fake and we see is PS4 vs PC or XOne vs 720p PC. We'll be only sure at DF's face-off.
