It's actually getting good reviews. It has less than 20 reviews and more than half of them are positive and none are negative so it is looking good.
Reading over the reviews, most of them, even those around the 70 mark, are positive. Most of the negative comments seem to be that the game is a lot like past games or that it's short.
Something I really can't understand is how an 8-10 hour game is fine for $60 but a 5-6 hour game for $30 is bad.
A lot of reviewers seem to grade down handheld games and budget priced games, so I think a 74 is a good score.

the last 2 abominations before this shouldn't have happened. They should have either made this a fully fledged one like ACiT and had it ready for PS4. That would have avoided fatigue (ACiT came out in 09) and given us a HUGE Ratchet game for launch (look at how well ToD did a year after PS3 launch)
