Pros: You can just see the tender love and care that went into making this game, from the delightful conversations, the colorful characters, the stimulating boss battles, air battles that rival the best of flight shooters, and Sakurai's signature style of achievement board which always makes for good replayability. There's a lot to see and do and a brilliant, worthy re-invention of a 20-year old game.

Cons: Controls take a hell of a lot of getting used to, ground segments can be mediocre and repetitive at times.
