VLC for almost everything

Occasionally I end up using Real alternative (because I won't install the P.O.S. "Real" software...which is essenially ad-ware) and I keep WMP installed because of the NFL sunday ticket since their online service for watching the games works from WMP only!...which sucks but I get by.

I try to avoid having to use quicktime if possible but I don't loath it nearly as much as I do WMP and Real.

I've always like winamp. Has a nice selection of internet radio so I need not track down hundreds of stations.

I just use my iPod touch for music. It does the job well, and with jailbreak, it can do so much more, I can even use it as my homework diary

Winamp for music, WMP for most movies formats, Quicktime becuase I have to to watch the stupid format. That's about it.

wmp, real player, creative, musicmatch
