Further adjustments wouldn't be surprising. 79.7m sold according to VGChartz vs 80m+ shipped by Sony could leave as little as 300k on shelves, which doesn't sound very likely at all unless there's some global shortages going on.

That can't be right. Everybody knows that Sony is always undertracked. Just like digital sales always being huge and people loving their Vita's.
