There’s no doubt about the fact that Sony Computer Entertainment is holding SCE Japan Studio’s upcoming PS Vita Exclusive Freedom Wars under wraps like it was some kind of precious industrial secret. The game has been announced several months ago, but no gameplay footage has been shown, until today.

And today’s reveal, happened at an event held in Akihabara, Tokyo, is definitely a tease more than a full reveal, as it shows just a few blurry seconds, but if you’re hungry for info on the game, it’ll have to do for now.

Below you can check the video broadcasted during the event, mostly showing the cinematic trailer we already saw. Gameplay is at the very end, at the 3:24 mark, alongside with the promise of a reveal on November the 21st.

Between this, the release of God Eater 2, and the unveiling of a probable new Persona game, November is going to be a good month for those that love Japanese games.

Loving the art style of this game for sure. That blurry snippet of gameplay towards the end is such a joke, but I still have high hopes for this.

Hoping it does some cool and unique things to garner appeal. Also hope its more RPG than anything.

Completely forgot about this game, not gonna get excited until they announce a localization, been excited for too many Vita RPGs only to find out Ill never get to play them...

It'll probably remain exclusive to Japan.

I wouldn't worry about that too much. Basically all 1st Party titles have gotten localized. The game also has English Title.......usually means its coming to the West.

The only words in this thread that matter to me are: "new Persona game". If we get a new Persona exclusively on Vita I'm gonna be in heaven :) Finally a AAA game to look forward to in 2014. Keeping fingers crossed!
