It could actually be faulty Ram.
Still nag them until it's fixed.

Wow, really?

Shit, it could be anything at this point, lol.

Good, if it happens again I get a new laptop with possibly higher specs.

Well. If the Motherboard they replaced it with is working fine, the system should work fine if no other component is playing up, 2 motherboards with the same issue seems rather unlikely.
Replacing a motherboard with another that is exactly the same (Which usually happens in a notebook) doesn't result in any new hardware issues, Windows will pick up the differences and update drivers and such as required and carry on as normal.
Heck, I've swapped systems from AMD to Intel thus being completely different processors and Chipsets and never had to reinstall Windows.

Ram however, if they are faulty can actully corrupt data that is stored in them, but because data can be stored in different parts of the Ram, you may not always get the problem on every boot which is what clued me to that being the culprit in your first post of the thread.
The Hard Drive, if it was the culprit... Usually they give other telling signs before their failure, like the click of death or erratic performance and you should get the same error at the same time, every time.

I see. That makes sense.

I am currently using the laptop now and this time it booted with no errors, although it took forever just to get it to finally get past that black screen.

Worth noting though is that this is the same Ram I had before the replacement and before the replacement my only issue was that when the charging adapter was plugged in it would power the laptop but it wouldn't charge. I did not have any of these errors, so if Ram is the culprit here, it would probably still be the motherboard right?
