More LOGICAL reasons to state why this would be good would be nice. If not, and you just want Microsoft to succeed, then let's make a thread why Sony should buy Activision. Because it'd be epic if Call of Duty was exclusive on Sony platforms.

That's a pretty stupid idea you have there. These over billions dollar acquisitions are a bad idea mainly because you have no guarantee that a corporation will make some ROI. It would literally take years to make some profits after you purchased some big company. Microsoft are just better off starting some new studios for a fraction of the cash.
