Disturbing lack of Lightning. However much you disliked FFXIII you can't deny Lightning was great. Or at least how can you justify putting Auron before her?

I give them props for not putting in obvious characters like Cloud or Aeris, and for putting Sephiroth at #10.

I think Auron should be around Balthier's rank. But other then that decent.

Me either, I find him to be a rather boring character that only has a fanbase because his hair and "emo" attitude.

FF since VI always has the same kind of characters through the games, the only change is the context. The Badass Warrior (Shadow, Cloud, Squall, Auron, Basch, Lightning), The damsel in destress (Terra, Aeris, Rinoa, Yuna, Serah...), the sad/angry woman (Celes, Tifa, Quistis, Freija, Lulu, Fran, Fang), the stupid/dumb one (Barret, Zell, Steiner, Wakka, Snow,...) The womanizer (Edgar, Irvine, Zidane, Balthier), the androginous villain (Sephirot, Kuja, Seymour, Vayne) and the most obvious one, the weird girl (Yuffie, Selphie, Eiko, Rikku, Vanille).

To choose one of these characters over another one of the same kind is just pointless IMO... Kefka and Vivi at least are something different, and well done, and for that reason they have to be at the top.
