I appreciate the concern Spurge and having discussed this with a number of other people involved in this thread; we agree that all that work and commitment to the thread should not be forgotten. As such we've created a "legacy" spreadsheet which may be found here, detailing the previous points tally before moving over to the new system.
3DS RPG The Legend of Legacy is coming west, according to Atlus PR manager in the Shin Megami Tensei Network Podcast. He also mentioned that there's another Japanese 3DS title that's really niche and will be localized later this year:
"We did announce The Legend of Legacy is coming over here, and we have another one in the can too that I can’t talk about just yet. But another really niche Japanese game that actually isn’t out yet, we’re bringing that over for the 3DS later this year. What could it be?"
It is possible that the manager is mistaking The Legend of Legacy for Stella Glow, as that was revealed to be coming west recently and The Legend of Legacy hadn't yet.

Nice. I hope it comes to Europe this year. Most of the titles I was waiting for the system were moved to the next year.
