Sort of, but not really since there are still Nintendo games that are prohibited and users in the program can only have Nintendo content... meaning that many users would be hesitant to join..

I thought you had the chance of registering videos or the channel. I even saw two types of percentages, one for just the video and another for the whole channel.

Now i'm confused.
