Nintendo news of 18/04/2015: Quite a slow weekend so far. And most of these are actually articles from yesterday...

As usual, Gamexplain went on ahead and analyzed the hidden details in the DLC tracks of Mario Kart 8, this time they took a look at Big Blue, Ribbon Road, and Wild Woods.

Didn't like Rumble. Poke Dhuffle is fun. You earn diamonds every big stage where you battle a mega evolved pokemon and go into a new area after that. You get the Pokemons mega stone too. Later on it increases to like every 15 stages but it varies. I don't know about max Poke level.

To unlock Experst stages you need to have a certain amount of S ranks.They Re timed and you can match pokemon even while multiple combos are going on. You can also earn gems from participate ing in Special events.

The potential is there... the problem is that we still don't know exactly what modes will be present in the game and if gamers really don't mind this new mechanic.
So far, the media seems to like it or even love it. Let's hope that gamers feel the same way.

I remembered Pokémon Shuffle because of my recent rising match-3 addiction, so I downloaded it yesterday. I knew that it is a microtransactions game, but I am obviously not going to pay. I have a couple of questions for those who are playing or have played this game.

1. I can buy extra tries with gems. After booting up the game twice, it looks like I will earn a gem for every fifth stage I complete. Now I want to know if those gems for stage 5 and 10 were one-time rewards or if I can get them repeatedly. Or if I actually get a gem for every fifth stage I complete, regardless of what I play.

2. What's the max level for Pokémon? And is it the same for all?

Also, that new Pokémon Rumble game is also a free download. So is it another microtransaction game? What are you doing in that game anyway? Running around and beating up Pokémon? I don't think that is worth my time.

Gems are one time rewards and you get them after beating a Mega.

2. No idea, My highest level right now is 7.
