I'm going to make a wild prediction and say Zelda U won't release until 2017 for the next home console version. The Wii U version will still be released but a few months after just like Twilight Princess for GC and Wii.

But my prediction doesn't end there! Instead of getting Zelda U for 2015 or 2016, we will get a remastered Twilight Princess that was similar to the E3 2012 tech demo at Fall 2016.

That might make sense why they won't be showcasing it at E3..

I'm going to tell you right now, you sir/madam shall be wrong with this. They had a lot of confidence in this 2015 launch and they pushed it back to 2016 to make the game better. We all know that the NX can and most likely will be a handheld. A lot of people seem to forget that handhelds exist and think "a new console in development, its gotta be a Wii U successor!" Wii U has atleast 2 more years and I don't think they'll push zelda back two years after having such confidence in 2015.
