So PS3 is around 80 million exactly, very interesting.
(could be swung either way but I doubt it)

Xbox makes profits. Has been for the last 6 years, the proof is on paper, "experts" are just full of shit.
Hard to tell what Xbox did but the division it's in made a huge profit this past Q.

Sony is expected to make loss in Game division... they are manufacturing a new expensives consoles without sell nay. I'm surprised that Game division is only losing $8 million... it so good... PS4 will profit from day one if they continue with these low loses. |
I understand all that and it adds up but it seems a long time since Sony had any positive results from that division. I agree that ONLY a $8m loss is pretty good considering where they were before.
I am sure they will, like Nintendo get back to making money soon enough but it seems like forever

You believe that if it makes you feel better. I am with the experts on this one. To each their own.

I can link you to each and every financial report Microsoft has put out that have to be 100% accurate otherwise it's illegal. Don't make out it's some bullshit I'm making up. Pathetic.

Long time? It is the first loss in Game for a long time... I think since 2011 or 2010.

Ignore him, he won't listen to anything other than "MS and Sony are losing millions on their gaming divisions"
I forgot to add, amazing Vita numbers considering, over double WiiU numbers this quarter ...
Given they both seem to be in a similar state it's an interesting comparison.

That tells me shit what the xbox makes. That states what the division makes which includes all kind of stuf not even related to gaming.
Seriously, do you think the people that put out these reports are idiots and you are the only one with any intelligence?
I suppose all the rumours that are floating around about investors wanting to sell off the xbox because it is not making any money have absolutely no smoke.

It's a forbes contribuitor, I read that article and the amount of BS in their which was factually wrong was amazing.
No I don't think I am the only one with intelligence, what kind of stupid question is that??
I and others, not just here, have broken down the EDD over the years and through Microsoft statements it's very easy to deduct that Xbox is by far and large the biggest money maker in that division.
Microsoft went on record around 07/08 saying the Xbox 360 hardware was now profitable. Since then there hasn't been any price cuts (just value added) and 2 redesigns to drive down costs.
Investors don't want to ditch Xbox because it isn't making any money, they want it gone because it isn't making enough money (in their opinion) and is detracting Microsoft from their main staples (Windows, Office).
Like I said, the facts and evidence is out there, you simply want to ignorantly believe what you want.
