My first vgchartz thread =D

Does anyone else get squeamish over those sound characters usually squirt out every time they climb a conveniently placed box?

So I just completed The Last of us story (for like the fifth time) and every time Ellie or Joel climbs something or climbs down something, they constantly go erugh eurgh EURGH!!!

And its happened since PS1 games, many of them, I don't remember alot of games specifically that had it, but it just annoys the hell outta me!

I've climbed lots of places in my life, very strenuous places, up ropes in P.E. Class, i've never made a real grunt.

I also hate bad voice acting, Arc Rise Fantasia voice actors really got on my nerves.

An eurgh sound is better then a huh huh huh breathing sound

I hate the ugh's in games.
the eurghs when they climb something are okay. but when there is nothing to say in a conversation they say ugh and that's annoying, especially in japanese games

I blame Tomb Raider for the climb grunts.

Sharapova's screams in tennis games are way worse, though.
