oh.  lol

awesome news.  yet more PR.

Meh, I still agree with your stance. He's a big fan of gaming and regardless of this if he went along to try it out he would have posted his impressions on twitter.

In spite of the evidence, you're devoted to your position. Not exactly rational.

We don't even know in what capacity he is working for MS yet, but yeah I stand by it, it's pretty irrational to think a huge gaming fan can't be positive about .. wait for it ... gaming.

Nice strawman fallacy there, bud. My position is that he was paid to say it, not that he can't say positive things about games.

I can tell you're upset about being irrational, but that's no reason to make it even more obvious.

I'm not upset over anything (how can anyone over something so small) fact is I don't believe MS wrote hima cheque to say "Xbox One is amazing"just smacks of tinfoil hat and agenda to me, and yes you pretty much did say he an't say positive things about gaming without being paid.

This is interesting ...

"Ross consulting on games and entertainment projects, Xbox says"

So not PR/Advertising.

Also practice what you preach Dallas ;)

Is this a joke?

Jonathan Ross is a media personality (PR) by profession. How you think someone has to be consulting with PR/Marketing department to sing praise to a company who is PAYING him is beyond me.

Moderated,

He has his own game development company and is passionate about gaming, so why does it matter that he's a TV personality?? I think it's pretty obvious when celebs have been bought out, like some random actor getting all giddy over a food product on twitter. This isn't that though, obviously.

You're determined to see the worst (or whatever you want to see, as usual).

Always amazes me when people seem oblivious to the obvious.

Feel free to keep your head in the clouds, man. Really, it's fine.

Executive producer!!

Dallas, go and play with google or something.

Very curious...

Seems to admit when he isn't being paid to make it abundantly clear, even to the most absurdly devoted, when he is and isn't paid.

Now go look through his entire history to see if he says this everytime he mentions something gaming.

I have no doubt Ross being involved with MS spurred on his tweets but to say he was paid FOR thos tweets, yeah, that sounds like a devoted hater more than anything else.
