Stop making multiplatform games with the Ps3. A lot of games released this year simultaneously for Ps3 and Vita.
Some of these games like Dragon's Crown, Sly Cooper Theives in Time, PS All Stars Battle Royal, Sound Shapes, and a shit load of indie titles.
Now, none of these games sold especially well. I'm assuming with digital sales, none of them passed the million mark. However, they all did consistantly decent and probably earned a profit.
The problem lies that the Ps3 already had a lot of AAA games this year. From God of War, TLoU, Bioshock, and GTA5, games on the Ps3 was never an issue. It is an issue however, on the Vita. So for the Sony published games, why not make them exclusive on the Vita? If you're trying to earn the most sales possible, then yes it might be smart to release on both. But the Vita needs exclusive reasons to buy right now. It would be smart for Sony to make these games on available on Vita by putting more money out of their pocket, while also creating exclusive reasons to actually buy a Vita.
Thoughts?
