Why wouldn't blonde headed girls exist anymore? if they choose to mix with someone who isn't blonde haired that's their choice. What's your solution? make a law where blonde haired people must mix with blonde haired people? that wouldn't fly in 2013.

Sweden doesn't actually have the second highest rape rates in the world. It likely has one of the lowest.

Rape is under reported in the western world by 70-95% and worse in other areas due to shame/convictions being unlikely.

Rape isn't like homicide where it's easy to record since well... there's always a body trail.

I know it's fun to blame muslims and such, but it's worth noting that New Zealand also has one of the highest reported rape rates in the world. Who's to blame there? All the sheep?

There has to be some sort of middle ground between white guilt and white supremacy, knowing you haven't contributed to any historical monstrosities but acknowledging that those monstrosities have given white people an edge in today's western society.

Almost all discussions I have about this are ironically black-and-white, and it frustrates me that we can't come up with something that won't throw any races/ethnicities under the bus... :/

I could also show you standardized IQ tests or harp on about the conditions in Africa. Or how there weren't even wheels in Africa when European settlers arrived here.

But that's not the point. And very, very predictably, I'll be called a racist for stating the above facts. Even though I made a tentative statement and said, "one could argue that".

My problem with all of this shit is...

How about these so-called black intellectuals actually contribute something to the knowledge of humanity instead of harping on about the oppression their people are under in modern society? How about they help "their people" develope societies without gangs, drugs, violence and degredation and build something sustainable? Why don't they do that!? WHY!?

I could tell you why, but I doubt you'd want to hear at this point. My guess is you, or whoever might have read this far, is fuming by now.

Your last sentence seems to me that your entire goal was to insight anger as opposed to share knowledge, which makes me questions your motives all along. And it doesn't make me angry, I am man of color who has been around the upper crust of New York white priviledge for the last 17 years. Nothing you said I haven't heard before (and more eloquently). 

You stated that you don't care that she is a nobel prize winner, yet in your previous post you mention some of the best minds in science who happened to be of European descent as some sort of marker of the necessity of the "white" man and his contribution to history. 

Now Toni Morrison's comments about white people having a problem I don't agree with, but I think they would do well with some context.  The quote (paraphrasing) I gave early was speaking about both sides of racism being crippled by it, which aligns more with my views. The thing I find ironic, is that "white" men of esteem and clout (similar to the gentlemen you gave as an example of human excellence) decided it was in their best interest to create the seeds of racism as means to keep poor "white" people from mingling/self identifying with the "other". Sounds very familiar....

Seriously, I find it so baffling that "black pride" is so great, but when someone is proud of being part of the undisputed conquerors of the modern world then it's seen as inappropriate.

The problem is not with having pride for your race or culture. That's fine.

The problem with the OP is the fact that many of the arguments were flawed, as many people have pointed out.
