Some good news guys...

The Day One patch for PS4 is not required for play game and you can download it in background while you are playing.

There are some bad news too like NO CUSTOM BACKGROUND OR WALLPAPER for PS4.

No custom backgrounds sucks. Like why? They better allow it in some future patch.

Good news for the day one patch.

single player is ok for a few minutes or hours the first day

No big deal about custom background, glad this update can be downloaded in the background.

Yeah, They'll add it. I wish he would have said we are working on it thought. It's kind of a bid deal. I leave my ps3 on all the time when i'm looking around on the net. It's nice to have a good looking wall paper up. It's kinda like having a piece of art in the room.

Atleast there's clarification of size now. So 300MB. Not as bad as that 5GB day one patch.

Every of the 3 next gen consoles allow for background downloads! Just saying, it is a nice feature. I don't have to worry about game patches or free dlc's to be installed on my Wii U. It jus send me a notification about what was downloaded.
