He is crap secrets behind the game industry and I agree... the game editors/reviewers have to be honest and not follow the law of the publisher but we know that's not at happen.

Sad because I think he lost all the contact with Activision and maybe other publishers.

Both are The Elder Scrolls actually. Top is Morrowind while bottom is Skyrim with tons of mods. The lower resolution makes it harder to see the flaws. Your brain fills in the missing information making it look real.

Lower resolution can look better than higher resolution, so I'd much rather have a better looking game at 720p than 1080p, but when it's the same game at a higher resolution, that's when it matters. It also means that the better looking game at 720p may not be possible if it can't run lower graphics game at a higher resolution.

True. Like this picture just looks bad.

 

That picture is worse than SD resolution.  If you view its original size though it looks really good.  The Vita couldn't handle graphics like that in 480p.
