Forums - Gaming - EA: Sony Executing Exceptionally Well, Microsoft Running into Challenges

The PS4 lineup is anything but strong. It's so bad in fact I am strongly thinking about buying a PS3 cheap on Black Friday so I can enjoy some games.

I have no doubt though that it will blow MS out of the water after 2014.

Comments like that make me think of this pic I found a couple days ago.

So really, I wish people would stop acting as if there is nothing to play on the PS4 in 2013-2014

Sony's PR is nailing every aspect of a new system launch. EA is also impressed by it. Your pic says everything. Another reason to get PS4. But for me "past" is the main reason to get PS4.

Translation:
EA: Sony gave us a big check

Did you know ps4 only supports a 2.4 wireless signal?

The xbox one supports a wireless adapter capable of 2.4 - 5.0ghz.

The ONLY next gen console to do so.

The article is clearly refferring to the summer just gone. Because Sony have lost steam of late. If anything Microsoft have gained good traction lately. Especially on the games front.

Wallked into GAME today. Now they set up a bit wierdly. They have ONLY Exclusive games on stands near the consoles themselves. Then multiplats all together. Today PS4 literally had 5 rows of Knack and 5 rows of Killzone. All Driveclub has been taken down.

On Xbox One side they have Ryse, Deaad Rising 3, Forza 5, Killer Instinct and Project Spark there on shelves.

Both PS4 and Xbox One multiplats are together. It look prety good for Xbox when your actually in the store to buy. It sticks out as more games.

Good job Microsoft.

Why is project spark on the shelves, it's free and it's not a launch game...
Killer instinct doesn't have a boxed copy either?

Sony has definitely supported the PS3 extraordinarily well, that gives me hope for the PS4 as well, I still don'T know when/if I'll make the jump.

I dont know. It looks like a boxed game, but says on the front downlad only. KI will have Ultimate pin Edition on shelves in all stores. You pay for it at the store and go home and use the pin code for the ultimate edition of Killer Instinct. A way to sell more copies I guess. Smart from Microsoft.

I will be jumping early next year with watch dogs and infamous second son. If you are reluctant to jump to PS4 then wait and play TLoU, GT6, Puppeteer, rain, Lightning returns Final fantasy XIII and many other games. Playstation never forgets about its old platforms.

That's one of the reasons I'm reluctant (the second being money of course), I just don't play many games at the moment, certainly not enough to justify a purchase like this, I think the last game I completed was TLOU, after that I played some GTA 5 and Fifa and that's it.

I guess if I'll jump it'll be either with the next ND game, Final Fantasy XV (let's hope that won't be a dissapointment like XIII) or Persona 5 (one can dream). Other than that there are a couple games that intrigue me but not enough to make me want to buy a new console for them.

I might sound like crazy but who knows "Persona 5" may be already in development for next gen consoles. Maybe someone is developing and testing the game at atlus. Or someone is brainstorming with developement team to add more content in persona 5. :p :p

Funny ea totally forgot to mention the red ring of death
