I just noticed that last week Vita outsold the 3DS in the rest of the world category.

3DS: 18,338

Vita: 19,646

This is amazing considering it occured during the week Pokemon came out and no major Vita software or hardware was released.

I'm in Australia and the Vita definitely isn't popular here. So where are these sales happening? Is the console huge in South America? South East Asia?

Then again the 3DS is hardly doing all that great its self here from what Ive seen, but no where near that Vita level... do your local stores still stock Vita games??

strange...both systems are pretty dead here. with mst shops only stocking 2rows of games and mixing them in with there predecessors

Last time I was at EB Games they had a couple of copies of Killzone and that was about it.

Pretty odd, but here Sony consoles are a lot more popular than nintendo's.

Considering how many countries RotW is made up of and how much trouble the site has with a single market like the US, I don't have much fate in those numbers. There's simply too much that can go horribly wrong. All we really know is that Sony reach out to more countries compared to MS and especially Nintendo, much thanks to their status as a big electronics company, so you can expect them to come out on top when combining all of those markets but beyond that we really don't know much.
