Azumarill wrecks (even more so this gen with being part Fairy now)

Adamant nature + Huge Power ability + Choice Band item = 654 max Attack

Bulky thanks to his typing and high HP

Waterfall for Water STAB and flinch chance

Play Rough for Fairy STAB and chance of lowering attack

Aqua Jet to beat speedy foes that are low in HP

Then your choice of Superpower (to counter Steel types) or Ice Punch (to counter Grass types)

I'm hardly considering getting this game, it would be the first Pokemon game I own (I have played them all, just haven't own them) since gen 2. 

I only have 1 question...is the game really that easy? I keep hearing all over the place that this is probably the easiest Pokemon to date, which is a huge bummer for me. Maybe not a reason to not get the game, but if it is too easy it takes a lot of value imo.

Its not that is its the easiest, its the item EXP share. It now wen turned on gives your entire party exp hence why its easier. You can turn it off. Beside the game is amazing by far! So much moreeeee to do than ever before

Edit: Damn, why did that Lapras had to get fixed IVs and Nature? Would have switched Wartortle out in a heartbeat if I could get a Timid one >_>

As T-Bone said, Safari Friend Zone and Horde Battles are one way. Another is with the Ability Changer item that can be bought in the Battle Maison for a hefty amount of BP.
