Either way. Its cheaper for the next 10 years for an indie dev to continue developing on Xbox One. As the licensing fee for Xbox One is a couple of hundred $.

Its great for the first year on PS4, after that they have to pay up.

Perhaps, but the plan has not yet been implimented and there is no rollout dates. Its a nebulous positive future vs now. We'll see how the indie scene is when this becomes a reality.

Also vita is "best" as in.... ?

The Vita is the strongest piece of tech in terms of hardware, but in terms of games it is severely lacking. Very few games are making use of it.

Not sure what you mean by this line.

Best as in his opinion you mean? or best as in handheld device? It wouldnt be best as in games xD

He says its the best handheld, without saying why.

Is it the most powerful? the easiest to develop for? the best colour with the prettiest buttons? the best at selling software and making him money?....

Obviously the Vita has secret sauce that Sony hasn't yet revealed.
