and lived to tell about it?
Seriously, even the Normal mode is hard. No battle saves, no weapon triangle, half EXP, stronger enemies.
The only reason Sakurai allowed Snake is because he was already a clone

So you would advise all game-related threads to go to GameFAQs? I don't get it since this is a game related forum.

He means there are people on there who have done it. As Gamefaqs is where all the "freaks" for certain games hang out.
You'll probably find people who played the last Fire Emblem like 20 times to get 1 character unlocked in a free mode.

All those other things I could stand except for the one thing I can't handle in hard: no movement highlighting. I know I can still count it out but just way too much of a pain at that point.
This is probably the hardest Fire Emblem. I've been playing it on and off on normal, and it's pretty difficult for being the medium settin.

I've tried it but it's frustrating. Last time I played I was in the final chapter of Part 2. I loved this game on Normal, but Hard is too demanding for me...One of these days I'll beat it!
I played PoR three times all the way through (1 normal, 2 hard). If I ever beat RD hard mode, the next playthrough will be on Normal again. It's too much for a nub like me.

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.
I'd like to try it, although I haven't done so yet. I played through the Gameboy Advance game (FE7) on the Hard Mode setting, and I'm running through the Gamecube one (FE9) at the moment. They were both challenging, although not as bad as the NES Fire Emblems, which are absolutely insane.
Radiant Dawn is probably my least favorite Fire Emblem though, so I'm not sure I'll be able to muster the patience to go through all forty something missions again, on an even harder difficulty to boot.

Huh. Radiant Dawn is my fav Fire Emblem game (I own all 4 games that have been released here) and my 2nd fav SRPG (behind only Final Fantasy Tactics).
Nobody is crazy enough to accuse me of being sane.
