Hi there, I wanted to buy this for a long time but there weren't enough informations on the web about this keyboard (with built in mouse) functionality on PC.

So after nearly a year I bought it and it is awesome!

It is very similar to old notebooks and recent Lenovo notebooks with "thinkpad", if you want a very small keyboard to use also on the sofa and hate touchpads this is the right choiche for you!

The keyboard is very small and has mouse ball in the middle and two mouse buttons:

Caps LOCK has LED! (very first wireless keyboard that has this for me!) The left rhombus button is the windows button, the right rhombus button is menu button (very similar to right mouse click)

By pressing "Fn" you have access to ALL "playstation  blue buttons" and these buttons are seen as a gamepad buttons on the PC! I installed a little program "controlMK" (compatibility mode Windows XP) that maps controllers buttons to anything! I have added: center mouse button (Fn+F1=triangle), scroll up/down mouse wheel (fn+trackball up/down=left analog), pag up/down (fn+up/down arrow=D-pad), "home"/end buttons (fn+left/right arrow=D-pad). If anything else useful comes to mind I won't have problems adding them!

KEYBOARD WILL ALSO WORK with tablets, smartphones, etc (HID profile).

Imagine using this on the sofa, awesome!

EDIT: there may be sometimes when the mouse moves slowly vertically when the trackball is not being touched, trackball it is very very sensitive, a very fast and easy fix is press and hold the PS button until the drifting disappears (usually 4-5 seconds).

The mouse ball looks kind of a cheap solution. Is that really usable ? (Plus, in the middle of the keyboard, really ?)

looks like you have your two thumbs on the mouse buttons and mouse on an index fingure, i see what they were going for but thumbs for mouse buttons wouldfeel strange

I went for the logitech K400, has a nice size track pad and additional left mouse button the left side of the keyboard so you can hold it a bit like a pad when using mouse.

The ball is awesome, precise and very very fast! Mouse buttons feel natural and work good! No need to move avay the hand to reach the mouse, also I HATE touchpads! I prefer notebooks with the ball. The Logitech keyboard is HUGE compared to this.

Dont you use thumbs for space button? Look at how close they are to the space button, very easy to use them with right thumb.

Strange, just like EVERY NOTEBOOK. (I prefer this old style mouse because you don't need to move the hand that much to reach teh touchpad.

im asuming this would work with the ps4, i might opt for it depending on the browser that the ps4 has

Sorry man ive never had a laptop or even seen one in real life with the mouse nipple thing, theyve always had the track pad things.

Id say the K400 touch pad is slightly too small, but thats to keep the overall keyboard size down it is good size for the lounge where i use it, also the track pad is multi touch for things that support that type of thing.
