Never, I used to get motion sickness in cars (though not buses) especially if I was reading... but never any form of sickness from a game.

The worst I've gotten is temporary disorientation when portal-jumping in Portal. The constant changing in perspective makes doing the Least Steps goals really hard, and it's ridiculously easy to forget which way you're facing..
