I have had issues with the browser based youtube for a few weeks now. The Youtube app seems to work just fine but I haven't tried since update.

Youtube has been freezing on Wii U for a few weeks. It has something to do with pop up ads. Youtube not working in general has to do with yesterdays update.

Yep, im experiencing that exact problem as we speak. About 90% of the videos ive tried are unavailable on this device. What gives???

I'm using the app. It's better now. And it's ok on browser now. At least when I tried this morning.

Is this a wide spread problem, I would of expect more comments by now?

I have a fix for this now..go to your browser settings, select change user agent and set it to internet explorer touch. When you visit youtube you will have no trouble playing videos, ignore any messages about the adobe flash player, just touch the screen and off you go.

It work, thanks for the info. I didn't know it could do that. The Wii U is starting to slowly feel like a PC :0
